Whether you are looking for active hiking in the Szalajka Valley or prefer to simply unwind in our garden, we have designed our services to ensure you have everything you need.

Free Private Parking: Our closed backyard parking lot ensures the safety of your vehicle.
Unlimited Wi-Fi Access: So you can always stay connected (or share your favorite photos of Szilvásvárad).
Free unlimited coffee and tea making facilities in the shared kitchen.
Common Areas for Shared Experiences:
- Spacious Dining Room: Equipped with a TV, perfect for shared meals and conversations.
- Cool Cellar Room: Also equipped with a TV, providing the perfect shelter from the summer heat for an evening sports match or a movie night.
- Fully Equipped Shared Kitchen: Modern appliances and utensils for comfortable cooking.
Spacious Green Garden, Pond, and Relaxation Area: Garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by bird songs. We also provide a key to the secure, private pond.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Self Check-in (Key Safe): Szilva Ház operates as a self-service guest house. This means that entry is done via a secure key safe, so you do not have to rush and are not tied to a personal key handover. On the day of your arrival, we will share all detailed information and the access code with you in due time!

Check-in: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival (anytime, even late at night, thanks to the key safe).

Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Payment Methods: Advance payment via bank transfer or OTP SZÉP Card.

Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
